Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates
3. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Ensure a smooth interview process by providing necessary information and feedback
6. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications and provide a positive candidate experience
7. Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
8. Contribute to the development of our employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and engaging with potential candidates through various channels
9. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proactive and results-driven attitude
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
