Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms
2. Assist in conducting initial interviews and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
5. Assist in creating and editing job descriptions and postings for open positions
6. Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments, reference checks, and background verifications
7. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs, including preparation and logistics
