The HR Solution Support creates value through on-time support of all global HR business solutions to guarantee efficient collaboration between HR, Managers and Employees
Key Responsibilities Include
- 1st and 2nd level support for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and all other global Schindler HR-IT applications
- Support for HR Solution Managers
- Execute the maintenance of the global Organizational Structure in SAP/SF OM
- Run support related reporting

Expertise
Strong experience in application / customer support (SuccessFactors, SAP-HR)
Knowledge And Skills
- Desired good communication skills, customer oriented, high independence and confident.
- IT application skills: SAP HR (OM, PA) and SuccessFactors (EC and all Talent Modules) knowledge, MS Office
- English (first certificate level),oral and written.
- Further languages are an asset
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent on technical/IT or business education
