The HR Solution Support creates value through on-time support of all global HR business solutions to guarantee efficient collaboration between HR, Managers and Employees

Key Responsibilities Include

• 1st and 2nd level support for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and all other global Schindler HR-IT applications
• Support for HR Solution Managers
• Execute the maintenance of the global Organizational Structure in SAP/SF OM
• Run support related reporting

Expertise

Strong experience in application / customer support (SuccessFactors, SAP-HR)

Knowledge And Skills

• Desired good communication skills, customer oriented, high independence and confident.
• IT application skills: SAP HR (OM, PA) and SuccessFactors (EC and all Talent Modules) knowledge, MS Office
• English (first certificate level),oral and written.
• Further languages are an asset
