Leading the Recruitment & Operations from a day to day stand point, managing all the other teams & processes within the companies policies.
Co-ordinate work closely with the Product Heads & founder to undertake manpower planning, identify current and future human resource requirements.
Supporting all the site employees and ensuring smooth day to day business functioning.
Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring smooth on boarding of the employees.
Responsible for conducting Background Verification of the new joiners.
Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time.
Additionally support the company in various other HR functions e.g-employee engagement, performance management, compensation management etc.
Looking at building & Maintaining the companies culture & values.
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Participating in campus hiring events, employee referral schemes and fresher's/ Interns hiring.
Requirements:
Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience as Hr Admin
Confident, self-motivated and highly independent work style.
Experience in Talent Management & Operations.
Should have previous experience in handling a Team.
Excellent communication abilities & Leadership skills.
