Role & Responsibilities :
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites, IT groups and job boards
.Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.
Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Ability to build relationships with Prime Vendor & Recruiters on a daily basis.
Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis.
Track, maintain and update all submissions, status, communication in ATS CeipalAttend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.
Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; measure the Targets.
Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
Organize a daily schedule based on the tasks assigned.
Ability to answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.
Proficiency in meeting target-based metrics is essential.
