Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tutor Recruitment & Engagement: Devise strategies to attract and onboard qualified tutors, ensuring they align with our educational standards
2. Sales & Client Relations: Engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable tutoring solutions. Drive sales initiatives and collaborate on business expansion opportunities
3. Versatility & Adaptability: Transition between various roles, including customer support and operations, showcasing a startup mindset ready to tackle challenges and contribute to innovation

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related fields
2. Have experience in education, tutoring, sales, or business development
3. Possess a passion for education and personal experience with tutoring or private education
4. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit with initiative, creativity, and motivation
6. Display the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
7. Be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
