4. Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
5. Support the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring positive candidate experiences
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
7. Use recruitment software like Ceipal ATS to track applications and manage postings
8. Work on staying updated on industry trends and regulations relevant to healthcare recruitment
