Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Conduct research to identify potential candidate sources, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
Support the coordination of interview schedules, and sending interview invitations to candidates.
Participate in interviews and assessment processes, contributing to the evaluation of candidate qualifications and fit.
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of recruitment-related reports and metrics.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing recruitment events.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
