Responsibilities include:

1. Build a strategy to bring the best engineers to Silq
2. Interact with talent and bring insights that result in a win-win relationship
3. Connect with our people and build trust and help answer queries they have around people's policies & practices
4. Draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes
5. Understand HR systems and help support the migration to a new system (you get to learn to use a top HRIS system from Freshteams)

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Should keep abreast of the latest thought leadership and great places to work. Should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills

2. Bachelor's degree preferably specializing in Human Resources (also open to those who chose marketing and want to experience/learn Human Resources)

3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

4. Ability to work as part of a team

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills

7. Effective communication skills

8. Detail-oriented

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum

Note: In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will be provided with an incentive of Rs 10,000 based on your contribution.
