Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with employees, management, and external parties
2. Deal with conflicts and disputes among employees
3. Do conflict resolution
4. Understand and empathize with employees' concerns, grievances, and emotions
5. Negotiate and deal with employee compensation, and benefits, resolve disputes, do effective negotiation for mutually beneficial outcomes for both the organization and its employees
6. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to employment practices, ensuring the organization's adherence to legal standards is a critical aspect of HR management
7. Recruiting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates
