Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, job portals and social media etc.)
3. Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Evaluate and screen potential hires based on the technical knowledge and behavioural skills.
5. Ensure the business requests are executed as per the contractually agreed timelines adhering to metrics of cost, time taken to identify and quality of hiring a candidate.
