About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling recruitment's for IT domain, BFSI
2. Handling middle and senior-level recruitments
3. Screening of candidate's resumes and analysis according to client requirement
4. Sourcing the candidates from various networking sites, database, job- portals, references & headhunting
5. Conducting telephonic interviews, and schedule a face to face interviews with the client
6. Briefing about the stages of Interviews to candidates
7. Following-up with candidates until they join
8. Finding back-ups in case of candidate back out before or after they join
9. Coordinating with clients and candidates till the end to end process
10. Sourcing candidates by Headhunting (references) for niche skills from specific companies
11. Conducting first-level interview (telephonic) to check communication skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, and salary
12. Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates
