Job Responsibilities
- Design/update Job Descriptions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements
- Handle job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook),Job portals, etc
- Source candidates from different channels like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc
- Screen applicants to check if they meet our position requirements
- Conduct and schedule interviews (Telephonic, Video and In-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Close the position by sending out offer letters and answer all queries related to compensation and benefit, company culture, etc.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Induction and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless induction and onboarding processes to ensure new employees acclimatize to company culture and policies
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture and encouraging team collaboration and growth.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, implementing policies to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Responding to Employee Inquiries regarding HR Policies, Processes, and other HR related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources
- Familiarity with full recruitment cycle
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of human resources concepts and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to join as soon as possible
