Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and manage recruitment and selection
2. Conduct new employee orientation
3. Identify and address training and development needs for employees
4. Develop, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures
5. Post job descriptions and screen applications based on required parameters
6. Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants regarding availability
7. Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance the work culture of the organization
8. Evaluate individual candidates and assess their experience working with us to enhance overall team engagement
9. Manage the inflow and outflow of candidates
10. Gather updates from all departments
