Responsibilities:
1)Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
2)Planning and managing the event as per the client’s requirement
3) Understanding customer requirements over calls/WhatsApp and helping them freeze down the
booking in assigned venues.
4) Meeting monthly revenue targets in assigned venues.
5)Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport.
6)Ability to problem solve and contribute ideas to improve customer service.
7)Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
8)Planning and managing events as per the client’s requirement
9)Clearly communicating booking detail to both customers and assigned venue management to ensure
transparency.
10)Be the voice of the brand while handling incoming calls & chats from customers
Skills Required:
1) Candidate must be comfortable with Cold calling.
2) Candidate must have 1 year of Telesales, Inside sales experience.
3) Candidate must be confident and comfortable with English and Hindi
4) Candidate must have Good Communication skills
