Job Description

As an Inside Sales in the EdTech industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by effectively engaging with potential customers and nurturing relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into loyal customers. Your passion for education and technology will be instrumental in communicating the value of our products and services to educators, administrators, and other stakeholders in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year or, more experience in handling clients from India and Europe region through calls or, emails.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
