Job Description: IT Recruiter
1. 3Months to 1yrs of Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment (Both Permanent & Contract Staffing).
2. Technical expertise with an ability to understand, Analyse and explain job requirements to team based on clients specifications.
3. Should be responsible for training team members, setting strategy & monitoring progress towards target specified.
4. Good leaders should have Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal & Written, good problem solver & should possess organizational & delegation skills.
5. Involved in sourcing profiles as the skill sets specified by client through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.
6. Should be able to validate the profiles & data provided by the team/sub-ordinates.
7. should be responsible to schedule shortlisted candidates ,Interview follow ups & Interview Co-ordination.
8. Should maintain good track record of interview turn outs & manage profile database.
9. Should be able to guide the team for niche requirement & Sometimes source the profiles if the team is unable to address the requirement.
10. Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
11. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
12. Should be soft spoken & intelligent enough to manage the team at any circumstances.
