The ideal candidate will provide top level assistance for high level executives. They should be well organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of executive. The individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparation. Lastly, they should be able to take calls from clients on behalf of executive and be excellent in CRM.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive's calendar and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain executive's contact list
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
Prepare and submit expense reports
Research and create presentations for executive-level meetings
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, and housekeeping
Manage and maintain executive's projects and deadlines
Create and maintain filing systems
Assist with special projects as needed
