Responsibilities : -        

• Responsible for prospecting, generating leads and meeting sales targets established by the company which primarily includes: phone calls, emails, social media, business networking sites, and web research.
  
• Identify target market, develops new client relations and build pipelines to conduct follow up appointments for the sales team.
  
• Understand, design and deliver product specific presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners.
  
• Provide engaging and articulate information about AIndra’s value proposition to potential customers.
  
• Ensure well organized and quality data collection, entry, management, and updates of lead data/sales information and activity report in the CRM system on daily basis.
  
• Conducting targeted email campaigns, cold calling prospects to pitch AIndra Labs products to reach key decision makers in target companies and fixing appointments/meetings for the sales team.
  
• Engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs and service them with the best possible solutions.
  
• Qualify opportunities by being aware of business, economic and market-related trends, and be able to introduce and discuss these with potential clients.
  
• Meet personal targets and work towards AIndra’s sales goals and profitability
  
• Perform other key administrative support functions to ensure operational efficiencies within the business unit.

Requirement :

• Preferred, 0-1 year proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and also experience in sales management
  
• Preferred but not essential, have prior experience in calling C-Level and senior decision-makers of the organizations.
  
• Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google programs and social networking tools.
  
• Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  
• Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
