Job Description

The major task & responsibility to answering all the queries on phone calls (both inbound and outbound) in a timely manner and
follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Should have best communication skills in languages.
Should be comfortable in speaking and understanding English Language
Proactive, obedient, hardworking, sincere and go getter attitude.
Team Player
Fixing an Appointments & Passing lead to Sales team for closure
Maintaining all Data Records.
Convincing skills & Good phone Etiquette.
Ready to work under pressure.
Candidate should have never give up attitude & Target oriented, Proactive, Good, Energy, coordinating with sales team.
Candidates with language proficiency will be preferred(English, Hindi)
Follow up with existing Clients over phone
