Operations role (Learning & Development, Training Coordination)

Experience: Fresher - 4yrs

Location: Pune - (Magarpatta & Hinjewadi),Navi Mumbai , Bangalore – Marathahalli.

Any full time graduate – No Master Education. Work from Office day one.

Good comm skills

Ready to work 5 days from office.

Salary: 20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

a) Execute training programs as per the plan.

b) Announce trainings to employees and inviting Nominations.

c) Arrange program logistics and technical setup for Training sessions.

d) Monitor trainings and ensure smooth operations.

e) Track training completions and feedback on Learning Management System and other back-end tools

f) Maintain trackers and training reports

g) Partner with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management team and liaison with different Business Groups to fulfil training needs

h) Responsible for upkeep of the in-house training facility equipment

Technical Experience:
