Designation: Retainer - HR Operations

Contract Duration: 1 years 

Shift timing: 12 pm to 9 pm

Location: Mohali

Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday

Role & responsibilities:

·         Conducting Pre Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing Offer & Releasing offers Manually and through Oracle System.

·         Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.

·         Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners

·         Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.

·         Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.

·         Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.

·         Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.

·         Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners.

·         Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.

·         Query Resolution-HR Tool

Qualification and skills required:

·         Any Graduate / PG

·         Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team

·         Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

·         Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)

·         Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
