JOB PURPOSE

  • To deal with the legal claims arising out of motor accident claims,Consumer litigation,any other litigation,legal/related affairs.

    JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with Courts,Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims
  • Adherence to internal processes and external regulations
  • Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system
  • Appointment of Advocates in discussion with Area Manager
  • Adherence to TAT in obtaining investigation report and filing of reply in a case
  • Adducing evidences in legal claims
  • Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and closure of cases within TAT
  • Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/Lok Adalats/obtaining compromise Memos
