Business development activities in India in order to establish as the clear #1 supplier of Resins in Rubber industry.
Ø To grow Rubber resins business in the region to develop a bigger, stronger and sustainable business for the future.
Ø Direct interactions/ face to face meeting with customers as required from time to time (Minimum 50% Customer Facing time). Manager Individually/ support immediate supervisor for Rubber business.
Ø Establish credibility & good relationship with existing customer. Ensure smooth functioning by consistently coordinating with S&OP, plant Operation teams.
Ø Work closely with the Sales functional and back-office support groups to ensure smooth operations & running of all aspects of the business within region.
Ø Promote & create sales opportunities and demands for Products in the region
Ø Provide new & existing customers with technical sales, recommendation & trouble-shooting (first stage) at customer sites.
Ø Conduct surveys & participate in planning & forecasting existing product line & new product developments
Ø Prepare report on competition & market movement on a regular basis. Prepare weekly/monthly sales & other report for the region and support in tracking regional sales performance
Ø Coordinate with technical staff & other support functions to facilitate works.
