JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for Lead Generation via ATL, BTL & TTL activities.
Ensure Brand Visibility.
Conduct various marketing activities along with Budgeting and assigning the task.
Coordination with vendors for marketing activities.
Responsible for planning the whole year Marketing Plan and meet the deadlines.
Event Marketing and Budgeting.
Client Servicing, Parent Counseling and Management.
Provide telephonic counselling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the School for counselling.
To share the admission process or Counseling sessions with prospective parents
To keep a track record of the appointments of prospective parents.
To maintain a record of data, registration, admissions, and withdrawals.
To collaborate with the concerned coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions etc.
Preparing MIS on the walk-ins to conversions; Admission v/s budgets etc.
