For Sales Executive
**Key Responsibilities :**
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outreach and lead generation
efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet
client needs.
- Conduct Visits , presentations and meetings to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular
communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales
process.
**Job Requirements :**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience sales of real estate/rental/purchase/sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon Real estate Market and its trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
