· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Should be able to generate leads and creating a prospective sales pipeline .

· Write and optimize content for the website and social media network.

· Working knowledge with MS Office- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

· Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

· Evaluate and develop reports and analytics on social media performance, brand presence & campaigns, provide actionable insights to optimize the same and achieve the desired business and marketing objectives.

· Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

· Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

· Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products features.

· Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

· Develop ways to grow the audience organically & increase user engagement.

· Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

· Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
