About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating the security requirements of the business and planning and creating contingency measures accordingly
2. Designing, maintaining, overseeing, implementing, and upgrading security networks and systems to protect all sensitive data of an organization
3. Contributing to the development of cybersecurity strategies to make the organization secure in case of a breach or intrusion in the network system
4. Implementing protective measures such as firewalls, encryption techniques
5. Responding to and troubleshooting security breaches happening within the company
6. Conducting penetration testing to detect vulnerabilities and loopholes in the network
7. Taking appropriate steps to safeguard existing data and infrastructure
8. Handling routine tasks like reporting and communicating with other departments for effortless problem-solving
9. Working on FortiGate and SD-WAN

Candidates should be a B.Tech/B.E. graduate or post-graduate in the same. Candidates pursuing graduation/post-graduation won't be considered.

Must have knowledge:

1. Basic knowledge of firewall (FortiGate preferred)
2. Basic knowledge of routing and switching
3. Basic knowledge of networking
