Designation:Operations

Responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain a relationship with teachers
2. Understand the value proposition of the platform and help teachers succeed on the Flurn platform
3. Engage and scale the depth of our product usage by our customers
4. Communicate teacher feedback to the product team & help shape the product direction for the company
5. Collaborate with content team & teachers to develop relevant content for new courses
6. Spearhead online teacher engagement activities like podcasts, webinars, clubhouse events to drive engagement

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per based on performance).
