Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to customers, helping them understand their credit position, and pursuing them to pay dues
2. Maintaining data in a structured format in Excel/Google Docs
3. Identifying and communicating trends/patterns in customers
4. Suggesting process improvements

Note: Open provides credit facility also to businesses. The intern would call customers to inform about credit position, pursue customers to pay dues, figure trends/patterns in collections, and suggest improved processes. No filed work.
