Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing administrative duties including answering phones, on-field searching, scheduling appointments, etc.
2. Establishing selection, training, and other operational processes
3. Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules
4. Understanding the expectations of an open position to source and screen candidates
5. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
6. Maintaining company databases
7. Recruiting, training, and supervising our professionals
8. Coordinating with both consumers and workers to ensure quick and smooth delivery of services
9. Coordinating customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
10. Reporting on operational performance to management and suggest improvements
11. Formulate operational strategies
12. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
13. Finding ways to increase the quality of customer service.
14. Establishing and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
15. Ensuring service cycle delivery from order to execution
