Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs),Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs),and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs),ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently
2. Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and sharing investment updates
3. Collaborate with the wealth management team to track portfolio performance, creating reports for clients that showcase growth and opportunities
4. Assist clients in resolving investment-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their concerns are addressed
5. Oversee client transactions, ensuring accurate and timely execution of their investment requirements
6. Maintain and manage client data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
7. Manage transmission cases for clients, including minor to major changes, transmission due to death, and residence status changes
8. Prepare and send various reports to clients on a regular basis, meeting their specific reporting preferences
9. Stay updated with the regulator's norms
