Role Description
Supervises & Achieves seamless service delivery of EMEA and LATAM regional compliance operations of tax teams operating from DSCI.

Supervising operations delivery to ensure organizations’ right to operate and un compromised tax obligations compliance adherence
Accountable to define, execute and monitor wide varieties of process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators),KCA (Key Control Areas) and KSFs (Key Success Factors)
Internal controls frame work design/execution/review to ensure fully compliant controlled environment to successfully get through internal/external/departmental audits/assessments
Depth knowledge on European Intrastat, ESL, VAT compliance activities are delivered for the different levels of European Tax authorities, in accordance with the due dates established.
Strong understanding on LATAM tax structures and should be able to converse with local leadership teams for seamless delivery.
Certify Balance sheet account reconciliations (Indirect Tax, Direct Tax etc.…) are prepared in compliance with SOX and DuPont account reconciliation policy.
Provides management, counterparts and VAT compliance teams with relevant, comparable, and accurate data on which to base decisions.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of accounting flows in order to support GL reconciliations.
Perform the internal control of the activities, including auditory requests.
Periodical review and sign off manual journal entries
Complete all administrative action to address, control or solve an issue related with any reconciliation of Indirect & direct Tax accounts and letters from tax authorities.
Publish performance dashboards, process metrics and required tax specific reporting.
Responsible for people development, coaching and mentoring.
Support smooth on-boarding of new joiners, ensure proper maintenance of EMD (Employee master database),an internal resource management tool
To prepare and share SLA billing information to Intercompany teams timely.
Complete special projects as assigned by management.

Education Qualification and Experience Required
MBA with Finance or Account.
Preference would be given to Qualified Chartered Accountant/CWA or ICWA
8 to 10 years of total experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a people / process management role.
Flexible to work in varied shifts to support multi regional teams.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Sound Accounting and Tax Knowledge of EMEA and LATAL Region,
Strong Analytical skills and ability to work along with cross country / functional teams.
Very strong business communication and metrics management experience.
Flexible mindset to foster coordination across cross boarder resources and partnering with multiple tax managers globally
Good interpersonal skill.
