Learner Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process for new learners, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our learning environment.
Provide guidance to learners on how to navigate our platform and access resources.
Address learner inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering a positive onboarding experience.
Program Management:

Support the Program Management team in organizing and coordinating educational programs.
Help create schedules and timetables for classes, workshops, and events.
Monitor and ensure that programs are running smoothly and on time.
Escalation Handling:

Manage learner escalations effectively, addressing concerns and resolving issues with care and empathy.
Collaborate with the Escalation team to provide timely solutions and ensure learner satisfaction.
Communication:

Maintain clear and efficient communication with learners, addressing their questions and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay important information and updates to learners.
Reporting:

Assist in the generation of reports on learner onboarding, escalations, and program schedules for analysis and decision-making.
