Primary Duty & Responsibilities

Functional/ Process KRAs: Develop, organize, manage, monitor & evaluate end to end SCM.

Performance KPIs, SCM-product rollouts and provide scalable technology solutions to key pain points in operations. Proactively lead data-driven Process Improvement projects, conduct RCAs and partner with relevant stakeholders for resolutions of inefficiencies/ problems/bottlenecks. Prioritize, plan and execute on new products/enhancements for SCM by collaborating with tech and product

teams.

People KRAs: Identify, develop & groom team of Process Champions with OJT & Certifications.

Reporting KRAs: Manage & maintain assigned operational metrics & business reports.

Coordinate with internal and external team to ensure timely and flawless execution of projects

Alignment of scope of the project with contributing stake holders and ensure the projects are delivered as per the scope and within the approved budget

Develop a detailed project plan and track progress of the project.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Report and escalate to management as and when needed

Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Also, should be technically sound to handle on-call escalations and identify bugs in system

flow. Must have basic knowledge of platforms and technical knowledge (Back-end and UI)to debug issues in systems highlighted by operations team.
