Location Mumbai Exp 10 years of experience The role is primary responsible for supporting E&M head in coordinating the engineering works and maintenance of project within budget and to appropriate standards with a best in class approach and clear focus on Health, Safety and Environmental issues. The role will also be require to provide client correspondence, Process monitoring, Bill Processing, etc. Job Responsibilities Preparation of Project Budgets, presenting the same to management and getting approval for the same. Monitoring the Projects in respect of budget set out and highlighting deviations if any at right time. Provide technical assistance to the procurement team for Evaluation of materials from site for the entire Project related activities and follow up on the Work orders/ Purchase Orders/ Contracts / Agreements under approval of management has been rolled out. Client Correspondence Maintaining client correspondence tracker and preparation of response to each and every client correspondence in consultation with Head E&M. Progress Monitoring Progress monitoring for all construction activities at sites in terms of E&M schedule submitted to NHAI during the year and highlighting to the risk if any during the year to the management. Sub-Contractor billing Review and processing all the sub-contractor s bills/ IE bills/LIE bills/HSSE bills received from site/HO/NHAI under approval from the managements. Coordination with other service departments Information centre to all the service departments viz accounts, insurance, finance (Lenders related),Legal, Secretarial, HSSE, HR related to all Projects. Qualification BE/ ME Civil General Management would be a plus Relevant Experience & other requirements Key Skills operation and maintenance Education B.Tech/B.E.
