Responsibilities
* Initiate, plan, control, and close small, medium, and large projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
* Plan the project in detail, organize the project team and work with resource managers to acquire and schedule resources
* Manage the progress of the project and communicate the project status to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
* Manage conflicting priorities, multiple assignments, and drive/coordinate project meetings
* Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team
* Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project
* Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables
* Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets
Candidates from Computer/IT Engineering background are preferable.
