Job Description:
-Interacting with client on a continuous basis regarding RFQ for the project
- Managing kick off mails/calls with client
- Questionnaire analysis and management
- Leading the project throughout the life cycle
- Working and interacting with clients
- Responsible for project management, project planning, tracking, control and reporting.
- Coordinating project task activities between clients, account managers, and survey programming team for smooth functioning of the field work process.
- Survey setup, testing, sample management and launching of the survey.
- Survey testing to see the survey matches the client requirements
- Timely escalation, Issue and Risk managements
