Responsibilities:
· Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to onboarding
· Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement
· Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets
· Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
· Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
· Update recruitment reports and dashboards
· Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
Expectations from the Candidate:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
· Proven Experience in Non IT and IT Recruitment
· Excellent social and communication skills
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
· Should have experience on different Job portal such as Naukri, Linkedin etc
· A passionate recruiter with entrepreneurial attitude
· Highly energetic & motivated individual
· Keen to create & implement innovative recruitment ideas
