• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media like Linkedin, Naukri
• Match candidate's profiles to the tech job openings of our clients
• Conduct interviews over the phone with interested candidates
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge , skills , soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• You will be working on permanent requirements and speaking to Technology candidates

• Excellent communication skill in writing and speech
• Understanding of tech / IT requirements and ability to speak tech candidates
• You are Proactive, searching for ways to achieve your targets and close the roles with your clients.
