We are seeking an experienced recruiter who will utilize a consultative approach to support full cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to our Business.You will join our established business with a focus on headhunting, building market knowledge, sourcing candidates and assisting highly successful and experienced Consultants in the market. Professionals with proven experience around proactive Sourcing and Research gained from an executive search background, you will be effective at managing deliverables and partnering with clients to achieve positive outcomes.Tailor your approach to individual client requirements and lead the entire sourcing and research approach, utilising a range of channels to identify candidates and promote opportunities through effective employer branding.With innovative flair, natural curiosity and a drive for results you will quickly establish yourself as a subject matter expert both internally and within the external candidate market. The RoleMain Tasks of Role focuses on our 3C Modle Candidate, Client and Connect:
Targeted sourcing of candidates through converting, head hunting and re-contacting existing candidates for live roles
Identify and qualify candidates for role requirements, match their skillsets to the needs to the hiring firm
Develop good candidate relationships.
Run candidate meetings for candidate control and address notable issues
Effectively sell opportunities to candidates, counter objections, and close offer
Comprehensive, up to date, team-specific knowledge with a generic overview of multiple asset classes and / or products
Knowledge of clients, and an understanding of the reporting lines of the business
Ability to outline all major players within core accounts, and have an understanding of different company structures
Maintain excellent client relationships and be their go-to person for any hiring plans
Assist senior consultants with servicing of their roles
