Visual Merchandising: Understand & Follow brand guidelines & maintain the same on floor area.
Product Knowledge:
Product Knowledge in a store is very important, Category mix, Fabric knowledge,
Styles & trends awareness.
General Competencies: Attendance, Discipline, Punctuality, Attitude, Initiative, Shrinkage Control (Continuous look out for Shoplifters, and careful handling of merchandise, thus preventing shrinkage)
Requirements:
- Minimum High school educations or higher qualification.
- A minimum of 1year experience working in a retail environment.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of retail basic
- Excellent communication (English, local language) and interpersonal skills.
- Fashion knowledge
- Age- below 19-28
