Job Description

Job Position: Sales Executive.

Job Description:

Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the life cycle of a real estate transaction .
Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts as well as with old clients.
Reporting to the team leader and Manager regarding daily follow ups and promotional activity plannings.
Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.

Key Responsibility Area:

Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
Report on sales activities to top management.
Making follow up calls to confirm meetings.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Manage end to end relationship including pitching, negotiation
