What you’ll do: Core responsibilities

We are in search of a dynamic and customer centric Sales associate with an energetic personality. You are someone with a strong focus towards acquiring new customers while keeping in touch with existing clients. You thrive on communicating with fellow human beings. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing sales. You will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. All our sale is done through phone calls.

Responsibilities

·      Meet and exceed sales targets

·      Identifying new prospects and business opportunities.

·      Pitching products & services.

·      Creating and managing a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.

·      Cold calling to potential clients to establish rapport and set up meets.

·      Co-ordination with higher management on sales planning, forecasting, and creating short-term, long-term business development plans.

·      E-mail follow-ups with the client.

·      Writing reports.

·      Providing management with feedback.

·      Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

·      Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

·      You have worked as a sales analyst/associate in the past jobs 

·      1-2 years of quota carrying sales experience

·      Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong listening ability 

·      B2C experience in edtech, baby products etc is a big plus
