Roles and Responsibilities
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Explain the customers about the properties.
- Develop Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Build good Working relationship with Clients
- Calling on leads provided by the company
- Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e- up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
- Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
- Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Report on sales activities to top management with a current and- futuristic sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
