Job Description

Job brief:
  • We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
  • To attend the GATE meeting all days in office at 9:30 am
  • Collect the appointment list from the Tele callers from office and visit them based on the area allocated
  • At the time of every visit the executives should post GPS photograph from the customer location with In-time and Out-time
  • Collect the required documents from the customer and submit those document to the back end team to process the files
  • The Sales executives should checks the information like Growth, Banking and other loan obligations should be given to the processing team at the time of login
  • If there any missing documents that the customer need to provide the Sales executives is fully responsible to collect the missing files and submit it to the back end team
  • If the CPA coordinator ask for the missing documents then the Sales executives who is responsible for that particular customer should collect the documents
  • Database collecting will be done in the second half of the day whenever is possible.
  • There should be a regular follow-up on the existing customer
  • The follow-up can be a phone call or a direct visit to the customer place or a greeting message
  • Sales executives should attend all the meetings which is conducted by the company
  • The Sales Executive should get the visiting card of the distributors to increase the sales activities and to achieve the target and can get incentives for it
  • Completing the Agreement kit procedures of the customer given by the backend team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree; BSC/BBA/BA will be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Tamil & English- Mandatory.
  • Hindi, Telugu & Malayalam –Optional.
  • Two Wheeler Mandatory
