Job Description :

 1.     Contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities

2.     Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of advertisements they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship

3.     Research client needs and explain the benefits of buying advertising space, responding to any objections

4.     Explain pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee if necessary

5.     Account manage an existing client to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service

6.     Work with production teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time

7.     Work systematically to maximize sales and meet revenue targets (Most Important).

8.     Prepare sales reports and sales strategies and present to management

Education :

 1.     Candidate must be graduate.

2.     Having vast experience in this field of Advertisement will be highly preferred.

Skillsets :

1.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.     Persistent, Resilient and able to handle pressure

3.     Good listeners in order to understand clients’ needs

4.     They need to have a good awareness of targets and revenue and attention to detail.

5.     Should be capable to manage and motivate their team and staff.

6.     Should be smart enough to study, analyze and understand market dynamics and strategize actions accordingly.

Experience :

1.     Having 3 to 6 year experience in B2B Sales.

2.     Candidates with Media Sales Experience (print/electronic/outdoor) shall be preferred.

3.     Candidates with Insurance Sales or any other hardcore sales background shall also be prefered.

4.     Should have exposure in dealing with corporate and govt. clients.

5.     Candidates having strong personal rapport with important clients will be highly preferred.

 Other requisites :

 1.     Candidate must have his/her own conveyance and must not be averse to travelling.

2.     Candidate should be well versed with Agra and could understand its geography and demography.

Compensation :

1.      3.0-3.5 lacks CTC per annum.  However, we are open to increase the salary for deserving candidates.

2.     Conveyance and business promotion expenses shall be reimbursed as per Co’s Policy.v
