JD: Ensures customer retention and profitability in this profit center by hiring, training, and measuring the performance of salespeople and establishing customer-focused sales standards and Environment.
Duties:
1. Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Assists individual sales people in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals, objectives and closing the deals and provides them with the support to meet these goals by advertising the new and current products.
3. Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions and scheduling the works to the sales executives.
4. Maintaining standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers and maintaining the professional appearance.
5. Completes deal settlement sheets and turns into accounting office in a prompt and timely manner.
