Miniumum qualification - HSC / Graduate

Call up parents and brief them about White Hat Junior Company and its online Coding courses

Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids

Discuss Child's performance and try to convert them into enrolment

Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls

Enroll kids for a week long free Demo course / Paid course

Excellent verbal communication, listening and presentation skills (Voice Select Quality)

Candidates who can join immediately or with maximum 15 days notice period

Candidates with grammatical errors or difficulty in sentence structuring, MTI will not be considered

Experience in Sales / Collections / Upselling / Retentions will be considered

Basic Computer Knowledge required

HSC / Graduates / MBA / BE / Btech / Bsc. IT with minimum 24 months of Sales / Collections / Retentions experience (Experience into Education Counselling will be an advantage)

Any 9 hours shift between 6:00am to 3:00pm

12 hours per day Saturday and Sundays working, and usual working hours on weekdays
