STUDENT ADVISOR

JOB DUTIES

Contact potential students who are interested in studying abroad and explain the process.
As a student advisor, will have to first understand the student’s profile and requirements and then provide them with suitable programs.
Will help the students find the best universities according to their individual needs.
Follow up and keep track of the application and give regular updates to the student.
Maintain a daily status report of the students.
Will guide the students through the entire student application process.

SUITABLE PROFILE

Relevant Bachelors/ master’s degree.

Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with an ability to liaise with a wide range of people.

Good computer literacy, including competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets etc.

Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and a willingness to be flexible in undertaking administrative duties.

Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative activities.

Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals.

Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and personnel responsibilities.
